Design and engineering of automated systems

MILLAN AUTOMATION designs and builds automated systems. A project runs through the following steps:

• Electrical diagrams — We draw the electrical diagrams matching your installation and your specification. If you want to use the electrical components that are standard in your company, we adapt our design to meet your requirements.
• Cabinet wiring — We wire the cabinet or enclosure designed in the previous step. All labels are exported and printed from our CAD software to limit any risk of error and deliver quality work.
• PLC programming — PLC programs and any other equipment requiring programming: variable speed drives, programmable safety relays, vision systems.
• Commissioning — Commissioning of the systems we designed, with particular attention paid to training your teams: your installation will last all the longer.

Electrical refurbishment and machine retrofit

Do you own an industrial machine or installation that is becoming electrically obsolete and dangerous, but still meets your productivity needs? Stop taking risks for yourself and your staff: talk to us about renewing the control system of your machine.

The advantages of an electrical refurbishment:

• Cost — Only the electrical part is replaced. The mechanical parts remain as they are, or are overhauled by your own team.

• Improved operation — You have known your machine for years: it is easy for you to identify the shortcomings of the old operation and improve the new one.

Training comes first. To provide your customers with quality work, we first come to your workshops for a period you decide, so that we can then work on your installations in the best conditions.

One intervention = one intervention report. For every job we carry out, we write a detailed report of all the work done on site.
