These terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products and services by MILLAN AUTOMATION, a SARL with a share capital of €100,000 whose registered office is at Rue des Bouleaux, 72160 Thorigné-sur-Dué, France (SIRET 818 158 891 00031), in particular through the customer area of the website millan-automation.com.
Sales made through the customer area are reserved for business customers holding an account validated by MILLAN AUTOMATION. Account creation is subject to prior approval.
Any order placed through the customer area implies acceptance of these terms. An order is final only once confirmed by MILLAN AUTOMATION, which reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Prices are quoted in euros excluding VAT. VAT at the applicable rate is added on the invoice. Shipping and packaging are charged at a flat rate of €20 excl. VAT per order within mainland France and are free for any order of €1,500 excl. VAT or more. Shipping costs are shown in the basket before the order is confirmed. Prices may change at any time; the applicable price is the one in force on the order date. Shipping outside France is quoted on request.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made by bank transfer according to the conditions stated in the order confirmation, or by card when this option is offered. Bank details are provided with the order confirmation.
Delivery times are given for information only. MILLAN AUTOMATION cannot be held liable for the consequences of a delivery delay outside its direct responsibility. Shipment tracking (carrier and tracking number) is sent to the customer upon dispatch.
Products remain the property of MILLAN AUTOMATION until full payment of their price.
Products and services benefit from the applicable statutory warranties. Any claim must be sent to contact@millan-automation.com as soon as possible after receipt.
Collected data is processed in accordance with the policy described in the legal notice.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts shall be those of the district of MILLAN AUTOMATION's registered office.
