We distribute and integrate DH-Robotics electric grippers: advice on model selection (force, stroke, environment), mechanical adaptation (flanges, custom fingertips), wiring, programming and commissioning on your robot or machine.
DH-Robotics grippers are fully electrically controllable: gripping force, speed and finger position are finely adjusted from the PLC or the robot, with real-time status feedback (part gripped or not, drop detection). They communicate natively over Modbus RTU (RS485) and feature digital I/O; TCP/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT and CAN gateways are available as options. The controller is built into the gripper, with no external cabinet.
We also distribute DH-Robotics servo electric cylinders (MCEA and RCEA series): programmable position, speed and thrust, ±0.01 mm repeatability, up to 200 N and 330 mm/s, with or without brake. They advantageously replace pneumatic cylinders for pushing, pressing and positioning. Each model is available with an integrated drive or an external drive combined with one of the SAC controllers (simple or standard single-axis, 1-, 2- or 4-axis EtherCAT) listed below.
